Delivery Information
UK orders are sent by 1st Class post.
Delivery schedules are based on shipping to UK mainland addresses.
We deliver international orders using Royal Mail International signed for which includes insurance and tracking
The delivery cost is dependent upon the weight of your order and the destination country. Minimum shipping costs apply.Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be as Sportflies is not responsible for them.
We endeavour to dispatch all order received before 3:00pm the same day, Monday to Friday.
Any orders placed after 3.00 pm, Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following working day.
Availability
If a product that you have ordered is unavailable we will replace it with the same in a different size or similar type.We will endeavour to contact you, using the details provided by you (please make sure that your contact details are correct), informing you of the change.
Returns Policy
To return a faulty product contact us by email info@sportflies.com or telephone to inform us of your wish to return faulty products.Please include your full contact information and order number with your return, and send goods in original box.
We recommend you send any returns recorded, as we are not liable for lost returns. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability. We will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to a credit card if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 7 days from receipt of goods.
Returning a non-faulty item. If you are not happy with any product you have ordered and received from ourselves, then you may return them to us within 7 days unused for either an exchange, credit note or refund less a 25% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange the unwanted item for an exchange totalling higher than your original, then you will be liable to pay the difference. Postage costs do not constitute as part of the credit note.
No replacement items or credit notes can be dispatched until we have received the returned items. Please allow up to 28 days for any refunds to appear on the card paid by.

Remittance Terms Payment is taken when the order has been accept online, if however goods are found to be out of stock and we feel we cannot find a suitable replacement within 36 hours we shall contact you, giving you the option of a full refund of your payment or a replacement item option.
